We are always accepting donations to Operation K.A.V.I.C. although our primary fundraising season is between June and October, leading up to our annual Veterans Appreciation Dinner. 

There are many different ways to donate:

• To make a monetary donation: We accept donations via cash (at events), check or Venmo. To make a monetary donation, please make a check out to Operation K.A.V.I.C. . You can mail your donation directly to:

  • If you need a copy of our W9 form for your records, please complete the form below. 
• To donate a Door Prize for the 4th Annual Golf Outing: If you're local, we can arrange to pick up the items, simply complete the form below. Or, if you'd like to drop it off, your donation can be dropped off at Keller Logistics Group | 850 Carpenter Road | Defiance, OH 43512 between 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. 
• Volunteer at an upcoming fundraising event: We're always looking for volunteers to help run the events. If you're interested, complete the form below and we'll get back to you with volunteer opportunities.
